Grey Spy (aka Lady in Grey) is a third spy appearing in some Spy vs Spy comic strip created by Antonio Prohías. Whenever she appears, she always manages to be successful in defeating both Black Spy and White Spy. She wears grey attire, always featuring a dress, gloves, heels, very wide-brimmed grey hat with a grey stripe, and angled glasses. In earlier comics she also wore a cape and had a thin tube to smoke with. She is blonde, slim and with large breasts, and portrayed as being either a similar or taller height than the male spies.

Antonio Prohías stated that the Grey Spy represented neutrality, and that she would decide for White or Black Spy, which in the would process add variety to the basic 'Spy vs Spy' formula, as mentioned this in Spy vs Spy: The Complete Casebook. Grey Spy is shown as being manipulative, occasionally tricking White and Black spies into making peace with each other before killing both of them, and seductive, using her femininity to bait the other spies into her traps. Prohías eventually stopped using the Grey Spy because he found her predictability boring, since the victor of the comics in which she appeared was always going to be her. After Prohias had passed away Bob Clark brought the Grey Spy back during his tenure on the feature. Peter Kuper was another writer to feature her, and comparably reduced her tendency to use her femininity as a lure for the other spies in favor of more creative schemes.
